Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a 5. strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
2. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
4. Perform regular financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Assist with audits and tax filings.
6. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
4. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
