Finance manager, reports to
CEO, and dotted line to CFO(headquarter)

Job Brief
We are currently hiring a Finance Manager to lead a team of finance professionals and be responsible for the daily accounting operations, financial/management reporting, and timely month-end closing. You will also lead year-end audits, annual budget/forecast, and other tax matters and ensure compliance with internal controls and processes within local, and PRC standards (Preferred, not a must).

Main Responsibilities
1. Leading the accounting and finance function
2. Generating a full set of accounts (general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable) as well as Profit &Loss statement and balance sheet
3. Ensuring timely filing of all tax returns
4. Formulating annual budgeting and forecasting
5. Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making
6. Managing cash and driving working capital improvement
7. Managing banking relationships, and other treasury-related activities
8. Ensuring compliance with financial policies, standards and processes.
9. Coordinating with headquarter finance

Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
2. Prior experience in a similar role( from manufacturing site, finance manager or senior supervisor role)
3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Bilingual (English &Chinese) preferred as there are times needed to communicate with people in China who cannot speak english fluently
