Job Title:
Senior Account Manager
Job Location:
Houston, Texas
Job Description:
1. Collect and sort out relevant information of 3c electronics consumption\Medical\Oil\Aerospace, precision parts machining and other related industries and markets to provide basis for the formulation of marketing strategies and marketing plans;
2. New customer development and regular maintenance, establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision makers of utilities, government agencies and related industry customer groups;
3. Undertake the group's business objectives in the US market, formulate quarterly and monthly market development plans and annual business objectives, analyze the market and formulate strategies, and effectively implement the annual sales targets; 4. Develop markets in the United States and North America;
4. Identify business opportunities and potential customers, negotiate and close negotiations, and pay attention to market fluctuations at any time;
5. Understand the needs of the company's products and services, effectively establish market segmentation, and develop potential customers.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, automation, oil, medicaletc., engineering background in related industry is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and expression skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, English or mainstream foreign language business communication skills;
3. More than 5 years sales experience in the following industries: 3C\Medical\Oil\Aerospace, with customer resources is preferred;
4. Understand the US regulatory framework, keen market insight and excellent forecasting and decision-making ability, familiar with the overseas market development of the consumer electronics industry;
5. With excellent negotiation ability and influence, familiar with various commercial contracts, able to negotiate and sign various commercial contracts on behalf of the company;
6. Excellent strategic management, organization, planning, control, coordination and interpersonal skills.
