Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and promoting the company's reputation for outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Process purchase order through QuickBooksTo respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests primarily by phone but also by e-mail and fax and taking ownership to ensure the customer receives a high level of service at all timesTo handle and resolve customer complaints timely and in a professional mannerTo direct any requests and unresolved issues to the designated internal resourcesTo follow up customer orders with internal departments on time and update customers proactivelyTo communicate and coordinate with internal departmentsTo record details of actions takenTo follow up on customer interactionsTo escalate issues to the Management level on timeTo support other services when required/requested.To support projects and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction and productivity
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalency.Minimum 1-year experience in customer serviceMicrosoft Office knowledgeExperience of using QuickBooks a plusKnowledge of Customer Service principles and practicesInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills both verbal and writtenListening skillsCustomer focusedStress toleranceAttention to detail and accuracyTeam mindedSelf-motivated
