The main products are industrial pipes, pancake pipes for the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry and some small-caliber waterways for the construction industry.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Specialist. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring efficient inventory flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 职责
Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems (e.g., ERP software, spreadsheets).Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory variances.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels.Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to maximize space utilization and efficiency.Identify and report obsolete or excess inventory for disposition.Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve inventory processes.Provide support during inventory counts and physical inventory audits.

Requirements: 要求
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
