职位描述：We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify procurement issues and develop solutions
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Manage categories of spend to optimize cost savings and quality
- Oversee quality management processes within the supply chain
- Implement procurement management strategies to streamline operations
- Handle contract management duties efficiently
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Monitor logistics operations for timely delivery of goods

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement, category management, and supply chain functions - Strong knowledge of contract management principles
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics operations
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong vendor relationships
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite
