Sanhua International is looking for an IT Manager to join our Houston team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute IT strategies to upgrade or implement projects, enhancing the company's IT platform to align with its business goals. Oversee US IT systems to ensure optimal performance, coordinating with China HQ IT to implement cost-effective solutions. Provide technical guidance to US IT teams on system operations, networks, disaster recovery, and security.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for IT matters across multiple Sanhua locations in the US.
Lead IT team in maintaining core application systems like Infor, SAP, WMS, OA for stable operations.
Ensure IT teams adhere to Sanhua Group's standards for daily support and project execution.
Plan and execute IT projects as per Sanhua International's strategic plan.
Monitor and oversee information security systems for continuous adaptation and efficiency.
Manage and evaluate Sanhua International's IT team performance and workload.
Oversee IT procurement activities including negotiation with external suppliers.
Monitor and implement cost-saving measures for IT budgets.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for compliance and efficiency.
Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Implement asset management processes for efficient IT asset use.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the IT Director to support department objectives.


Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ Years of work experience with 2+ managing/leading a team
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively.
Project management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong oral and written communications skills in English and Chinese.
Experience of Information security, network, computer software and hardware applications
