Overview: As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities: 责任：
1. Routine Maintenance:· Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify any issues or potential hazards.· Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.· Regularly inspect and maintain building systems, such as fire alarms, security systems, and emergency lighting.

Qualifications: 资格：
· High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in facility maintenance or a related field is preferred.· Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.· Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.· Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.· Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
