【Full-Time Position | W-2 Employment】Operations & Customer Support Specialist

FULLY RIGHT ON BEAUTY LLC, located in Houston's Harwin business district, specializes in 100% human hair products (wholesale & retail). We are now hiring a **full-time** Operations & Customer Support Specialist.

* Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory management: organizing stock, assisting with shipping and receiving
- Customer Service: in-store client reception, basic order processing
- Admin Support: assisting with daily store operations

* Requirements:
- Basic English communication skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player
- Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the U.S.
(We hire W-2 employees only; no 1099 contractors)
Acceptable statuses include: U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, OPT, CPT, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, etc.

* Compensation:
- $15－$18/hour depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM － 6:00 PM
- W-2 payroll with full legal tax withholding and employment records
