* 全职岗位（W-2） / Full-time employment with W-2 payroll

* 试用期1-3个月 / 1－3 month probationary period

* 支持合法工作身份 & OPT留学生 / Accept OPT & legal U.S. work authorization

* 岗位要求 / Requirements:
英文沟通顺畅 / Fluent in English communication
可外勤拜访客户 / Able to conduct in-person sales visits
有人发、美容或销售经验者优先 / Experience in beauty, wigs, or sales preferred
抗压、有责任心、目标导向 / Stress-resilient, responsible, and goal-oriented

* 岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

【销售代表 / Sales Representative】
拜访美发店客户，介绍产品并促成下单 / Visit salons & shops, promote products, close deals
跟踪订单、售后服务及客户回款 / Follow up on payments and after-sales service
支持发货与陈列、通过电话或社媒沟通客户 / Handle order processing, display & customer messaging

【销售经理 / Sales Manager】
管理销售团队，制定销售计划与目标 / Manage team, set and track sales goals
参与客户拓展，维护重点客户 / Develop key accounts and lead market expansion
协调销售与财务，追踪客户回款 / Coordinate with finance for receivables follow-up
数据分析与市场反馈 / Analyze performance data and trends

* 薪资结构 / Compensation

【销售代表 / Sales Rep】
底薪 Base Salary: $2,400 - $3,000/月 (monthly, based on experience)
提成 Commission: 3% － 5%
月收入参考 Monthly Range: $3,200 － $5,500+

【销售经理 / Sales Manager】
底薪 Base Salary: $3,500 - $4,500/月 (monthly, based on qualifications)
团队提成 Team Bonus: 1% － 2% 总销售额 / of team sales
额外奖金 + 年终奖 / Monthly performance + year-end bonus

* 工作时间 / Work Schedule:
周一至周五 / Monday to Friday
每天 9:30 AM － 5:30 PM（含外勤时间 / with flexible client visit time）
设有试用期，表现优异者可提前转正 / Early promotion possible during probation
