Sales Representative － Buildepot

休斯顿建材批发集散地唯一上市企业投资，工厂直营批发仓库，三万尺大仓，品类库存丰富。
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM － 5:00 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break)
Employment Type: Full-time (H-1B visa sponsorship available)

Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and promoting Buildepot’s bathtub, vanity, shower door, toilet, and flooring products within the architectural and design community. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, designers, wholesalers, and other industry professionals to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·Develop and execute the company’s strategic sales plan and achieve segmented sales targets.
·Actively maintain key accounts, continuously develop potential new clients, and strengthen cooperation with developers.
·Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to proactively adjust sales strategies.
·Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and measure performance.
·Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation as required by management.
·Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
·Willing to travel for domestic trade shows.
·Perform additional duties as required.

Education & Experience Requirements

·会中文基础交流，英语熟练交流和书写。
·Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·Must possess a valid driver’s license.
·Previous sales experience is a plus, preferably in B2B, with bathroom products or building materials.
·Experience building relationships with builders, contractors, architects, designers, wholesalers, and other professionals preferred.
·Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
·Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms preferred.

Physical Demands
