I have 2b 2b apartment near UH, Galleria and Med Center, looking for female roommate for the master bedroom opening from January, 2018. The apartment name is Advenir at The Med Center (9955 Buffalo Speedway, Houston, TX 77054). Inside the apartment we have private bathroom, washer and dryer, trash pickup service. Rent is $623 per month plus utilities(electricity and internet), which ended up to below $730 in total.
About myself: I graduated from UH in 2011 and have been living here since 2010. My current roommate is moving out in December. I am very clean and quiet. I don't have pets but pets are always welcomed. I have a matrress for you if you need one too. I am a working professional and normally be at work from 8 am to 7 pm on weekdays, and staying with my family on the weekends.
