Description:

High-growth eCommerce company in the Houston area seeks an Accountant to support their rapid expansion. You will play an integral role in developing policies and procedures. In this dynamic environment, monitoring and controlling inventory and sales will play a big contribution to the company's success.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· General bookkeeping, company invoicing A/R, A/P management
· Manage the month-end close process with a focus on the areas of inventory and gross margin
· Analyze and improve processes and controls related to sales and inventory management
· Create monthly calculations of the cost of goods sold and related reports from different selling channels
· Maintain and analyze balance sheet schedule various inventory accounts
· Create and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
· Bank statement reconciliation

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
· This position requires a minimum of 2 years of accounting job experience.
· Accounting experience within the retail, consumer products, or manufacturing industry is plus.
· You must have QuickBooks software knowledge and experience.
· Solid Microsoft Office skills.
· Good communication and collaboration skills, fluent speaking in English, and Chinese mandarin.
· Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
