Operation Manager/ 运营经理
主要职责
负责所辖区域的市场战略规划及有效执行，带领区域团队高效完成市场目标
积极开拓、发展并规范运营所辖区域市场客户，持续提升客户体验及满意度
制定区域营销策划，并有效实施营销推广计划，完成区域的销售目标和利润目标
树立当地品牌良好形象，持续提升公司品牌价值保
证城市经理直管职能模块高效率运行

职位条件
具有5年以上相关工作经验
有团队管理经验，具备商业洞察力，战略思维能力，领导力及业务创新能力
优秀的人际理解力及沟通能力
稳定长期工作

Operation Manager

Key Responsibility
Responsible for the regional strategy planning and execution, leading the team to achieve business targets effectively
Actively developing new markets, improving customer service experience and satisfaction
Standardize business operation procedures
Create and execute regional marketing strategies
Build positive brand image, continuously increasing brand value
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analysis, and reports of business operations and finance.
Lead City Managers to effectively execute all sectors of delivery operations

Experience:
3 or more years of work experience in a related field.
Experience in team managementStrong business insight, strategic thinking, leadership, and creativity
Outstanding communication skills
Experience in a startup company would be an asset
Must speak Mandarin

Additional Skill:
Able to work independently and organize their work or work for others.
Able to multitask and move from regional activities on a daily basis.
Willingness to strive for improvements
