工作职责：
-Follow the company's sales policy and other operation policies, and provide guidance to sales reps when needed.
-Answer and direct incoming sales calls and emails for price quotations, purchases, order fulfillment questions, order changes, adjustments and cancellations from customers.
-Perform branding activities by understanding customer needs, analyzing applications, recommend alternatives and solutions that benefit both the company and customers within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
-Provide customer-oriented pre-sale and post-sale services, collect and organize customer information, and direct information to the appropriate personnel as needed.
-Assist current Sales Team in managing existing customers as well as developing new business, and handling accounting related processes, including to verify and settle billing, proceed RMA, verify shipping charges and resolve disputes.
-Resourcing prospects and establishing new business relationships by utilizing professional skills and various marketing tools.
-Check sales order invoices and keep records in a timely manner.
-Complete additional customer service tasks as assigned.
-Continually enhance customer service skills, sales skills, product, technology, application, and industry knowledge

3. 有过客服，销售助理、仓库等经验者优先考虑
4. 会使用Microsoft Excel 进行统计。
