Hi,This is Catherine Massingale reaching out to you on my mom’s behalf. She received a subpoena last year regarding her previous property in Houston (the property was sold in February 2022). Her previous renter was suing her for mold issue in the unit. The case was sent to arbitration earlier this year and we reached out to the plaintiff for settlement. However he never replied to our request and now he's taking my mom to the court. We need a Chinese speaking lawyer to represent my mom since she doesn't speak English and she lives in California.
